I know as a contractor it’s easy to forget the little things that may help a homeowner when your focusing on larger scale projects. That being said, I put together 3 things that you should always share with a client. Who knows- the money they end up saving on energy may be spent with you on their home improvement project with you!
1. Learning Thermostats: Learn your patterns and it ends up paying for itself in 2 years.

2. Spray Foam Insulation: If it’s a small hole or gap fill it yourself. Watch out- a little goes a long way!

3. Attic Tent: Place this above your attic entrance and you will instantly notice the change. This is an affordable way to prevent heat loss while saving up for new insulation installation.
